Proposal Submission Requirements

To have a book proposal considered by our editors, please submit the following in writing:

• A detailed, annotated table of contents.
• A sample chapter (text, captions, and any step-by step-instruction, if applicable).
• A brief bio (include professional credentials, books published or other writing credentials, teaching experience, awards, or anything else relevant to your submission).
• Any other writing sample.
• Sample artwork (no originals, please).

In your cover letter, please include information on what avenues you have to publicize yourself and your book: columns in print or online newspapers, magazines or newsletters; a regular television or radio show; classes taught by you; or any other method for media exposure.

Also, please let us know why your book would be different from any comparable books in the marketplace.
